- Pick-up and drop-off addresses for your rides
- Date and time of the ride
- Specific requests (flight number, number of passengers, child seats, etc.)
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us)
2.2. Data collected automatically
- IP address, device type, browser, operating system
- Pages visited, visit duration, traffic source
- Cookies (see our Cookie Policy)

4. Data recipients
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to:
- The AURUM chauffeur handling your ride (strictly necessary information)
- Our secure payment provider (Stripe / SIX Payment Services) for settlement
- Our web hosting provider (based in Switzerland or the EU)
- The competent authorities in the event of a legal request
5. Contractual confidentiality (NDA)
For VIP clients, executives, public figures, family offices or brands, AURUM can sign a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, covering all information exchanged. All our chauffeurs are bound by a confidentiality clause in their employment contract.
6. Hosting & transfers outside the EU
Your data is hosted in Switzerland or within the European Union, in certified data centres. No transfer is made to a third country that does not provide an adequate level of protection (in accordance with an adequacy decision of the European Commission and the Swiss FDPIC).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.3)
- Hashed passwords (never stored in plain text)
- Data access restricted to authorised personnel
- Regular, encrypted backups
- Periodic security testing
8. Your rights
In accordance with the FADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to portability of your data
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time

9. Complaints
In the event of a dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority:
